The former president's Granddaughter Receives Expert Tips from Golf Legend Woods Ahead of Professional Golf Debut
The rising star boasts considerable social media presence
Kai Trump can count on plenty of prominent cheerleaders when she begins her professional golf debut later this week.
This teenage golfer, who is the granddaughter of Donald Trump, received a sponsor's invitation to play at the Annika tournament in Florida.
The former president, someone who loves golf, operates numerous international courses and regularly matches against Kai.
"He's pretty good. I shouldn't elaborate but we have some close matches," she mentioned.
She mentioned that Trump, who cannot attend, advised her: "Just avoid anxiety."
"He essentially told me to go out there and have fun," she explained.
"From my perspective, he's simply an ordinary family member. He's not attending for the tournament. He's occupied with presidential duties, so he's somewhat preoccupied."
Being non-professional, Kai has competed in just three tournaments in 2024 and has the 461st position in AJGA listings.
Yet she can seek guidance from 15-time major champion, who is dating Vanessa.
"He represents the best player globally," Kai stated.
"Furthermore, he's a superior individual. He advised me to play, have fun, adapting to the flow."
The golfer will compete against several most prominent players in the sport at the Annika, featuring world number two the champion, England's Charley Hull, professional Thompson and last year's winner champion Vu.
The LPGA stated that involving Kai exposes golf to wider groups, particularly among youth audiences.
The young star maintains a massive following and recently launched a personal fashion and living brand.
Her first tee time at late afternoon GMT.
