Nearly Ninety Flights Linked to Epstein Allegedly Came to or from British Airfields
Analysis has uncovered that approximately 90 flights connected to Jeffrey Epstein reportedly landed at and took off from British airfields, with some reportedly carrying British women who claim they were victimized by the found guilty child sex offender.
Aviation Records Uncover Trail of Travel
The flight logs were part of a trove of legal papers and files released by the estate of Jeffrey Epstein that have been released over the previous twelve months. The investigation identified 87 flights connected to Epstein – featuring many that were hitherto undisclosed – arriving or departing from UK airports between the start of the 1990s and 2018.
Passenger Details and Post-Conviction Flights
Unnamed female passengers were recorded among the individuals travelling into and out of the UK. Significantly, 15 of these UK flights took place after Epstein’s 2008 conviction for procuring prostitution from a minor.
“This is ‘astonishing’ that there had never been a ‘full-scale UK investigation’ into his operations in the country,” stated US lawyers acting for numerous Epstein survivors.
British Victims and Court Cases
Evidence from one of the British victims was instrumental in convicting Epstein’s accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell of sex trafficking of minors in the US in 2021. But, that individual has not received any contact by police in the UK, according to her Florida-based lawyer.
In a response, the Metropolitan police said they had “not been provided with any additional information that would support reopening the investigation.” They noted, “If new and relevant evidence be presented to us, encompassing any resulting from the release of documents in the US, we will review it.”
Continuing Disclosure and Legal Rulings
Proposed legislation to make public all files held by the American government in regarding Epstein passed the House and Senate last month. The Department of Justice has until 19 December to adhere to this requirement. Hundreds of thousands of files are expected to be released.
Additionally, a federal judge decided last week that the department could publicly release evidence from a sex-trafficking case against Maxwell, Epstein’s longtime confidante, who is currently serving a 20-year jail term over the allegations.
